Vice President, Technology and Engineering

Josh Zloba is the Vice President for Technology & Engineering at SOSi, leading an organization delivering mission-critical Information Technology (IT) and cybersecurity services to U.S. federal agencies and the Department of Defense (DoD). The group provides mission-focused network operations, enterprise IT, and C4/IT mission services that are reliable, interoperable, and secure. The systems developed by his team are trusted to support vital command, control functions, and facilitate the secure exchanges of mission data between federal and DoD systems and networks and those used by the nation’s allied, coalition, and bilateral partners.

Josh joined SOSi through its 2019 acquisition of Vykin Corporation, where he was the Vice President of Operations. He provided comprehensive leadership, direction, and guidance to large, complex, geographically diverse operations teams and led the organization’s expansion to 26 locations in the Pacific, Europe, Africa, Southwest Asia, and North America.

A U.S. Navy veteran with 25 years of management experience, Josh has served in various engineering, planning, project management, and operations management roles in his career. Before Vykin Corporation, he managed the delivery of IT services, knowledge management, and project management to support the U.S. Army, Navy, and Air Force, the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence (USD/I), and the U.S. European Command (USEUCOM).

Josh is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CLSSGB). He holds multiple ITIL certifications and is an ISO/IEC 20000 Certified Consultant Manager and Certified Auditor/Consultant.

A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Josh completed his MBA while stationed overseas. He went on to earn his doctorate in business administration from the University of Florida in 2018, with his research focused on organizational behavior and the leadership challenges of managing geographically dispersed, customer-facing employees.
