Britney George leads SOSi’s marketing, communications, and brand strategy—driving visibility, reputation, and competitive positioning across federal markets. Since joining SOSi in 2024 as a marketing campaign director, she has transformed how the company engages customers, partners, and prospects through integrated campaigns that bridge corporate messaging with program-level expertise.

Throughout her career, Britney has been recognized for strategic leadership and execution excellence. She has developed and managed large-scale initiatives, including a multi-channel advertising campaign that delivered 250M+ impressions across 12 U.S cities and led marketing for a $2 billion business portfolio spanning the Intelligence Community and the Department of Homeland Security.

An industry veteran, Britney brings a unique dual perspective from her experience working on customer programs and in corporate roles. She spent more than a decade at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), managing marketing and communications for a franchise program that provided strategic support for worldwide intelligence missions. In her corporate capacity, she drove marketing for high-value engagements, executing enterprise technology campaigns, co-marketing with tech partners, and managed high-profile branding initiatives involving major league sports partnerships.

At CGI, Britney served as strategic communications and outreach director, leading specialized programs and internal communications. She orchestrated tech-focused initiatives aligned with government priorities and deepened the company’s talent pipeline. She also spearheaded government product marketing for electronic warfare solutions at a Silicon Valley technology startup.

Britney holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Christopher Newport University and a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University.
