SOSi Nominated by NOVA Chamber as Outstanding Corporate Citizen of the Year

May 1, 2016 - SOS International LLC (SOSi) has been selected as a nominee in the Outstanding Corporate Citizen – Mid Size Business and Outstanding Veteran & Military Advocate of the Year categories by the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce. These awards honor individuals, businesses and non-profits for above-and-beyond business leadership and corporate social responsibility. 

SOSi is nominated alongside mid-size businesses Cardinal Bank, NBC4 and TD Bank in the Outstanding Corporate Citizen of the Year award. In the Outstanding Veteran and Military Advocate Award, honorees include: Booz Allen Hamilton, CACI International, EY, Leidos and MITRE. 

SOSi is proud to invest in the communities where we live and work and in support of our customers, including annual support of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, National Military Intelligence Association (NMIA), Association of the United States Army (AUSA), Professional Services Council (PSC) and the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce.

Last year, SOSi partnered with the USO to collect and distribute coffee to troops stationed overseas, including at bases where SOSi operates. SOSi sponsored the ICE Foundation’s annual fundraiser, the Reston Chamber’s Annual Corporate Social Responsibility event and a wounded warrior golf team at the DLA Foundation’s annual event. Employees joined the Reston Chamber of Commerce and South Lakes High School as mentors for the annual Ethics Day. SOSi currently sponsors The Mission Continues: DC Platoon 5, committed to improving access to healthy and sustainable foods in Southeast DC.
