RESTON, VA (January 24, 2018) – SOSi International LLC (SOSi) announced today the selection of Julian Setian, the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, to serve on the Professional Services Council (PSC) Executive Committee. The association is celebrating its 45th year as the voice of the government professional services industry.

PSC represents more than 400 companies that provide the federal government with a broad range of services, including information technology, engineering, logistics, facilities management and consulting. The companies represented by PSC employ hundreds of thousands of Americans in all 50 states.

PSC’s Executive Committee is made up of 15 members, including the presidents of CSRA, CACI and Parsons Federal. It is tasked with policy oversight and setting the direction of the association. PSC helps shape public policy, leads strategic coalitions, and works to build consensus between government and industry.

“PSC is a critical partner of the federal government,” said Setian. “I am honored to have been asked to join the executive committee and look forward to representing the interests and viewpoints of the large, mid-tier companies in the space.”

Julian Setian joined PSC’s Board of Directors in 2017. He joined SOSi, a company founded by his mother, in 1995 and has served as its President and CEO since 2001. In that time, he has grown the company into one of the largest private, family-owned and operated firms in the defense and aerospace industry – a global enterprise of nearly 1,000 full-time employees, specializing in military logistics, intelligence analysis, agile software development, and cyber security.
